Preventative maintenance is a requirement of the European Standards applicable to the systems installed (for example EN50131:1-7 for intruder alarms),

We're governed by the SSAIB code of practice and this is essential to ensure your electronic security system will work effectively when it's most required. Under the SSAIB our Maintenance Agreement, customers receive priority response for all site and telephone support 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Without professional help and advice even a minor fault can cause a major problem. With our maintenance inspections we aim to ensure the highest levels of protection are preserved and you're always protected when you most need it. Through preventative maintenance inspections we minimise the opportunity for equipment failure and therefore minimise system downtime. For peace of mind our customers have priority access to our 24 hour 365 days a year on site and telephone support service.

We offer a range of standard agreements, however should you require a tailored solution we will be happy to discuss any specific requirements you may have.


Level 0 Support OnlyThis is our minimum maintenance level and provides Support Only.
This gives you access to our 24hour response service and ensure you receive the best of our hourly chargeable rates as well as access to all our service and keeps you up to date, just without any actual maintenance visits. Typical support agreements are issued for software support, or where a client would rather not have a maintenance visit, but needs access to our services when they need them.

Our Level 1 maintenance package includes, scheduled preventative maintenance visits, as required within the European installation standard, to regularly inspect and complete routine maintenance ensuring the effective operation of your system.

The frequency of preventative maintenance depend on the system type and grade, typically standard systems are inspected annually and twice yearly for all monitored security systems.  Also included within the standard maintenance agreement is priority access to our 24 hour emergency service. This includes access to our 24 hour help line and a discounted labour rate should you require emergency site attendance. Parts and discounted labour are chargeable under this agreement.


The Level 2 agreement is the same as Level one, plus......
you get labour cover for any breakdown or callout as a result of faulty equipment or installation, damage caused by the client or a third party of course is not covered)




Level 3 is our comprehensive package, so you get everything in Level 2 plus.....
your equipment is covered too, again damage caused by the client or a third party of course is not covered.



If you have an automatic gate or barrier you'll need this too...
Impact Crush and Lift testing is required under the latest Health and Safety Executive guidelines for automatic gates and barrier that come under the Machinery at Work Act. This ensure the system are safe for use and with this test you get a certificate of safety. If an accident occurs and you don't have your system regularly tested you are vulnerable to prosecution and possibly imprisonment,
