our small Service Team is a challenging role that involves using your
problem solving skills and system knowledge to ensure that a customer's
security and safety system is working to its highest capability.
A
career in Service will include routine inspection of all types of
systems from a simple intruder system to the most comprehensive and
complex systems in buildings like schools and hospitals, as well as
repairing and ensuring the continuous working of the system. You will
be able to demonstrate your ability to work in diverse environments and
possess exceptional communication and customer care qualities
Service
Engineer
With your knowledge of security systems including CCTV, Access and
Intruder Alarms, you will bring with you a proven field service
background. Full training and guidance will be available to help you
succeed in this role..
The
main roles within this position are:

Service and
routine maintenance of CCTV, Access
Control, Safety and Alarm Systems

Train
clients and end-users to operate systems

Fault
Finding and diagnostics of CCTV, Access Control, Safety and Alarm
Systems

New
product testing and new product sourcing

Close
customer liaison and communication with clients
-
Hand
over newly commissioned systems to clients and end users
